Delivery times are displayed on each product's page. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Found your favorite product(s)? Great! Placing your order is simple:
- Add to Cart:
Select the product(s) and add them to your shopping cart. From there, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking ‘View shopping cart’. - Shopping Cart:
Review your items in the cart. When you're ready, click ‘Continue to checkout’ to move to the next step. - Checkout:
On the checkout page, you can choose to create an account to save your details for future orders. Creating an account is optional—you can also proceed as a guest. - Enter Details:
Fill in your personal information and select your preferred shipping and payment methods. If you have a discount code, don’t forget to enter it in the ‘Discount Code’ box. - Review and Finalize:
Double-check your order to ensure everything is correct. You can also add a comment to your order or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on exclusive deals and new collections. - Place Order:
Click ‘Buy’ to complete your order and proceed to the payment method you selected.

In any time, send us an email so we can check what we can do.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order after placement. If the order is placed, it will be automatically sent to the distribution center and will then be prepared for shipping. If you want to change the address, this is no longer possible after placement of the order.
If the product has a longer delivery time, this option does exist. Send us an email via CustomerService@Dimehouse.co.uk with your order number and the new address details so that we can implement this.

What should I do if my product is out of stock?
If the product is out of stock but still visible on our webshop, it means it will be restocked! However, longer delivery times may apply. Once the shipment almost arrived our warehouse, the expected delivery time will be updated on the product page.
If a product is no longer listed on our webshop, it will not be restocked.

Your package be delivered by one of the carriers (Royal Mail, Hermes, Yonel, DHL, DPD). On the evening of shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation that your package has been sent including Track & Trace with which you can follow the shipment. Do you live in an apartment complex? TYour package will be delivered to your front door, up to the 4th floor, whether via stairs or lift.
