Dimehouse UK Return Policy

If you wish to return your product, we’re happy to assist you. Returns are free of charge and processed through our return hub near Birmingham.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery to your address.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
  • Returning items in their original packaging is preferred. If that’s not possible, please ensure they are securely packaged.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 working days after the return is received at our warehouse.
  • If the item is poorly packaged and arrives damaged, we reserve the right to withhold (part of) the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify our customer service team within 2 days of delivery via customerservice@dimehouse.co.uk. Please include the following photos:

  • Clear photo of the damage
  • Photo of the entire product
  • Photo of the packaging

If any parts are missing or damaged, include a clear description of the issue.

Free Return Process

You can return your order for free by dropping it off at a local DPD drop-off point. Use the following link to find the nearest location: DPD Drop-off Shop.

For large furniture items (such as sofas or tables), we will arrange a free collection from your home. Our customer service team will coordinate a pick-up appointment with you.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 working days after the return is received.
  • If you paid using Klarna, the invoice will be updated after the return has been processed.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@dimehouse.co.uk to initiate your return. All returns must be communicated through our customer service and not through Klarna, PayPal or other payment platforms.

Return process in short

  • 1. Report your return online

    To return a product, send an email to customerservice@dimehouse.co.uk with your return request.

    Clearly state the reason for return and add, if applicable, photos of any damage.

    After receiving your email, we will send you the necessary information to arrange your return.

  • 2. Make the parcel ready for return

    Pack the items you want to return in the original packaging and make sure that old barcodes are not visible on the box by, for example, removing the label or crossing it out with a (black) marker.

  • 3. Return your item

    Take the package to a carrier who can send your parcel back to us.

    Please keep a copy of your return, especially the tracking information. It takes around 3-5 days to return your goods.

  • 4. Refund of your return

    Once we have received your return, we process your return within 14 working days.
