Which payment methods can I use on the website?

When you place an order online, you can choose from the following payment methods: 

PayPal
PayPal offers a secure and convenient way to pay. Simply link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account, and you can complete transactions in just a few clicks.

PayPal protects your financial data with advanced security measures and fraud prevention systems. Additionally, your financial details are never shared with Dimehouse.

Please note that we partially pass on the administration fees charged by PayPal. A PayPal payment incurs a fee of £3.95.

Debitcard
You can pay using your own secure and trusted online banking environment.

Credit card
When paying by credit or debit card, first select the type of card you want to use. Then, enter your card number, expiration date, CID/CVC code (usually found on the back of your card), and, if applicable, an additional password.

Paying with a credit card is straightforward and secure. There are no extra charges for using Visa or Mastercard. However, if you use an American Express card, a fee of £4.95 applies.

Klarna
With Klarna's "Pay Later" option, you can pay for your order after receiving it and deciding to keep it. This ensures you never pay for items you return.

Simply provide your name, address, city, email address, and other basic details. You can then complete your payment at any time within the 14-day payment period. For first-time orders in the Netherlands, Klarna typically approves payments up to a limit of £350 to £500.

Paying later with Klarna is safe and convenient. Your payment details and instructions will be included in the invoice you receive from Klarna.

Please note: Choosing Klarna incurs an additional payment fee of £3.95. 

How do I know for sure if my payment was successful?

It may happen that something goes wrong with the payment or that you will see an error message. How do you know for sure whether or not the payment went well? 

  • View your bank account to see if the amount has actually been written off. Is this not the case? Then it seems that the order did not get through properly. 
  • Did you not receive a confirmation email? Even then it is good to first check your bank account because it is possible that the confirmation email is still on its way. 

Do you doubt whether the payment has come through correctly? Then contact our customer service so that you can look at whether the payment has been successful. 

Can I pay afterwards?

You can choose to pay later with Klarna. However, please note that this option is not available for products with a delivery time.

Can I pay on invoice?

It is not possible to pay on invoice. If you are a business customer, you can request a quote via: CustomerService@Dimehouse.co.uk

Can I receive an invoice with VAT excluded?

That's certainly possible. When placing a business order via the webshop, you can enter your VAT number to have the VAT excluded.
