Robin – Operational Manager
Robin ensures that the entire operation at Dimehouse runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. He personally maintains contact with suppliers and factories in China, India, Turkey, and various other production countries. Since he started directly at our Furniture Group over ten years ago after studying marketing, Robin has developed into the specialist in optimizing product quality and packaging.
Thanks to his efforts, we guarantee problem-free shipments to our customers in nine different European countries every week.
Rik – Data & Performance Manager
Rik ensures as Data and Performance Manager that all processes and systems within Dimehouse function optimally and connect perfectly with each other. Thanks to his dedication and technical insight, our integrations with external webshops and marketplaces run smoothly and efficiently.
Our Furniture Group has invested significantly in a powerful core system over the past ten years. Rik ensures that the product information is always correct and up-to-date not only on our Dutch webshop but also on the French and Spanish webshops. With a marketing background and a great interest in online technology, Rik is continuously working on improving and optimizing processes and performance.
Rik has been strengthening our group for over six years now with his technical expertise and analytical skills.

Romy & Kelly – Customer Service
Romy and Kelly are the beating heart of our customer service. They ensure that all customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels are handled quickly and carefully. They do this not only for Dimehouse itself but also for all our partner platforms both domestically and internationally.
Sometimes that is quite a challenge, but thanks to their commitment, structure, and customer-oriented approach, it almost always works out to complete everything on time and correctly. Of course, they can count on colleagues like Jordin or Bas when it gets extra busy. At Dimehouse, we always help each other where needed.
Rosan – Content Specialist
Rosan is responsible for all content on our webshops and product pages. She not only writes our blogs but also determines the look & feel of the website and provides valuable input for the development of new products.
With her extensive knowledge of materials and fabrics and her data-driven approach, Rosan knows exactly what customers in each country find important. This ensures that the content perfectly aligns with the wishes of our target audience.
Inge – Finance Controller
Inge ensures that our financial administration is flawless. She guarantees that the correct VAT rates are applied and paid in all European countries where Dimehouse is active. But her role goes beyond just finance.
Inge is also responsible for checking transport invoices. She continuously analyzes which transport solution is the most cost-effective for each unique combination of product and destination. Thanks to our sharp eye for detail, we can achieve our goal: to deliver products across Europe as cheaply and efficiently as possible for free.
Bert and Bas - Logistics Responsible
Bert and Bas ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly and carefully as possible. Additionally, they coordinate the loading and unloading process and analyze returns to identify areas for improvement, such as packaging. Since we deliver to customers all over Europe, logistics plays a crucial role within our organization.
